We are happy to offer you the opportunity to exchange items that you do not fit or like for one or more items. Your right to exchange exists for a period of 30 days from receipt of the goods.

When exercising the right of exchange, the goods must be in their original packaging (if the goods were delivered in appropriate packaging), complete, unused (if the delivery was new) and undamaged.

Deviating from the statutory right of withdrawal, if you exercise this right of exchange, you will have to bear the outward and return costs as well as the shipping risk.

If the purchase price of the item you returned under the exchange right exceeds the purchase price of the new item and the resulting new shipping costs, we will refund you the difference within one week of sending the new item using the payment method you used.

If the purchase price of the new item you have selected as part of your exchange right exceeds the purchase price of the returned item and the new shipping costs, please transfer the difference to us in advance to our bank or PayPal account, which we will send to you by email after exercising your exchange right as well as the difference amount. We can only accept other payment options in this context after prior agreement.

Your legal rights remain unaffected by this right of exchange.

To exercise your right to exchange, please fill out our exchange return receipt completely and then send the items you would like to exchange together with the return receipt with sufficient postage to the following address:
